This notice describes this BBG Signature information website. Separate terms and privacy notices apply to BBG apps, accounts, insurance providers and linked services.
Your enquiries
When you submit a website form, the information you provide is stored in the BBG Signature enquiry database for authorised team members to review and respond to your request. Email notifications containing your submission are also sent to [email protected] and [email protected]. Processing status and internal follow-up notes may be recorded by the team. Earlier enquiries sent only by email are not automatically added to this database.
Customer registration
The Customer Visa Registration form collects your NRIC number, date of birth, gender, names, nationality, contact details, NRIC address, agent email and confirmation. These details are stored with your registration for authorised BBG team members and included in the notification to the two BBG addresses above.
If you choose optional NRIC scanning, the selected image is read on your device to suggest form details. The scanner downloads its OCR software and language resources; the NRIC image is not included in the form submission or saved by this website. You review detected values before applying them and can enter the details manually instead.
Website operation
This website uses essential session cookies to protect forms and authenticate the administration workspace. This package includes no analytics or advertising trackers. Your hosting provider may retain standard access logs, such as your IP address, request time and requested page, for website operation and security.
Spam protection
When enabled, the website uses Google reCAPTCHA v2 to help prevent automated form submissions. Your browser connects to Google for the verification widget, and the website checks the response with Google before accepting your request. Google may use cookies and device or network information under its own privacy policy and terms.

Links to app stores, the official BBG site and other service websites open services with their own privacy practices. Review their notices before sharing information or applying for a product.
